After all, insects are an excellent source of protein, good fats, minerals and vitamins. In fact, they give us exactly what we want in a healthy and nutritious lifestyle.
Producing protein takes up a lot of resources; land, water and feed.
Sourcing protein from insects such as crickets is much more sustainable than deriving it from other animals. Let's take cows and chickens as examples:
